Table de concertation
La table de concertation (TC) rassemble les acteurs de l’eau d’une zone de gestion intégrée de l’eau par bassin versant (ZGIEBV), qui collaborent et prennent des décisions concertées sur la gestion intégrée des ressources en eau. La TC requiert la participation volontaire des membres en plus d’une représentativité des différents secteurs d’activités présents dans la région (communautaire, municipal, économique et autochtone).
Les membres siégeant à la TC détiennent les responsabilités suivantes:
- Définir les éléments à inscrire dans la planification des ressources en eau
- Participer au suivi et à l’évaluation du PDE et de son plan d’action
- Représenter les activités de leur secteur d’activité
- Transmettre l’information au milieu qu’ils représentent
- Encourager la mobilisation des acteurs de l’eau du territoire
Au COBAVER-VS, la TC et le conseil d’administration (CA) regroupent les mêmes membres. Il demeure toutefois important de distinguer leurs fonctions au sein de l’organisme. Il est également important à noter que le COBAVER-VS n’est pas en charge de prendre les décisions reliées aux mandats de la TC, ni de combler les responsibilités attribuées à la TC.
